A subscription sets the business capacity available in Shumnet. Compare the allowed access points and concurrent users as well as the monthly price. A boost belongs to a parent plan; confirm its selection and final charge in the dashboard before payment.
Subscription capacity is separate from the internet speed at your site. A plan allowing more users does not increase your provider's bandwidth. Your dashboard shows the applicable plan and renewal options for your account.
Costs to include in your quotation
- Hardware: outdoor access points, router or hub, power supplies and any switch.
- Installation: outdoor cable, mounting, labour, transport and delivery.
- Internet: the provider's ongoing charge and any usage or resale conditions.
- Payments: applicable gateway, transaction or settlement fees; confirm the configured arrangement.
- Operations: power, backup power, maintenance and customer support.
Free access and paid capacity
A zero-priced subscription is free at the capacity shown in the catalogue. It does not make your equipment, internet or third-party payment processing free. Package promotions should be confirmed in a written quotation before you pay.
The prices your Wi-Fi customers pay are your customer packages, not the Shumnet platform subscription. Keep these two price lists separate when calculating profit.
